  Always very personable and fast considering how much business they do. Great prices on tools and will recommend other places if you need something fast and they would have to order. Everyone there is always jumping to help.

  Simply said some of their front counter guys are prejudice. Wouldn’t sell me 14 inch flex because they said my company only spends 1500 a year on their account but the white person next to me got to buy 2 of them. Made me wonder if it was just their rule or because I am not white.

  With industry-wide supply chain issues and manufacturer-imposed allocations for flex, we have taken appropriate measures to protect inventory and ensure that we are able to continue to provide flex to those customers who have a history of purchasing flex from Johnstone Supply. So our policy is simple, we look at your year-to-date purchases and confirm there is a history of purchasing flex on your Johnstone Supply account and if so, we will sell you two bags of flex per day. If you would like, I'm more than happy to take a look at your account to see if you should have been able to purchase flex and if so discuss this issue with your counter salesperson.
