  I prefer using smaller, family-owned operations like this one because of the level of personal care you receive. Janelle is a very warm and enthusiastic person, and clearly loves working with people in whatever capacity she can; it's a real joy to work with her. Johnston Refrigeration offers great deals on their furnace and A/C cleanings, and I have yet to suggest a job and have them say "sorry, we don't do that..."

  I will never do business with these people ever again. In December his wife told me I should clean my furnace. At that time I told her I couldn't afford it and I will make the appointment for a later date, however she was very pushy to make the appointment, and I told her it would be a month before I would be able to pay it and she said ok. I paid the bill as soon as I could, just like I said I would and my my checks were always good! NEEDLESS TO SAY if you guys were honest people you wouldn't try to charge people to flip a switch off then on! Which is exactly is what needed to be done! After I told Mike my propane emptied then furnace didn't work I could hear in his voice he knew exactly the problem. Just taking advantage of people who don't know better. Thank you for showing me that sooner then later. I will make sure to tell everyone I talk to about the insulting and conniving way you treated me, and hope to god another trusting first time home owner/ single mom doesn't feel the way you made me feel. .

  Mike had been there in November to fix an igniter problem on a 22 year old furnace, he fixed the issue & came back per customer request to clean the furnace approximately a month later. After collecting on a delinquent account, our business payment policy is that we require payment for service requests, at time of services rendered.

  Friendly & professional owners. They came out & serviced our furnace this winter to keep it top running condition. Excellent pricing for the services offered. They have also cleaned our air conditioning unit & were able to re light an enclosed fireplace for us as well.
