The 'service window' was 8-5. So I couldn't leave my house from 8-5. And then the day of, they updated me around 11 to say they would be there between 12:45 and 2:45. The guy that came was very nice but couldn't read the serial number on my washer and said, I can't help you, you should get a new washer, that'll be $100. So, I paid $100 to have someone tell me they couldn't do anything. As opposed to a simple phone call or video call or any assessment prior to sending a technician out. What a complete waste of time and money.
