  I have ordered parts here twice and both times they were able to get the part I needed when others couldn't. I gave 3 stars because both times I ordered a part they were supposed to call me when it came in so I could go pick it up. Both times my part arrived and I was never called, both times I called after and was told my part had been there for days, the last part I ordered was delivered to them 4 days after I ordered it but I did not find out until 11 days later when I called to see when my part would be in . Good people working at this place , but when my parts get in I shouldn't have to wait a week or more to be told , especially since I have to pay in advance everytime!!

  Great Customer Service but they must be used to charging Dow Chem. & others. I Went to buy an AC Run/Start Capacitor that sell online at Amazon or many other places for $6.. They were charging almost $50 for same product!! Not me! I left & ordered the same $6 Capacitor. Definitely will not use this high dollar place in future
