  Requested a dryer to be re vented out the side port I purchased the parts required direct from the dryer manufacturer Explained my request upon setting up an appointment I personally was away at the time of service my wife was foiled and lead to believe the work was done as requested When actually it was not It was vented out the back with an extended flex pipe making multipy turns which is not what the manufacture or myself suggested and asked for ( poor venting done this way is not good for the efficiency) Upon my return and contacting them I was cursed out , I continued to request a reschedule and willing to pay again for a service I requested. I was told "yeh next week" Only for the next week to be told again the same 3 words "Yeh next week" Only to be left hanging without service or a phone call I am now convinced I was taken advantage of and want to tell people to be there and inspect the work to insure you get what you request and pay for.

  Have been trying for months to get someone out to fix the dryer in our store. Set an appointment but tech never showed up. Called to see what happened and was told they would call back. Never did. Finally got someone out over a month later said it was motherboard and they would order it. Weeks go by and never heard anything from them. Called today and was given another number to call. No answer. Called them back and discovered this company is more of an answering service for other repair techs. Still no working dryer after 2 months or longer. Not a very good way to do business. Your company is pathetic.
