Joseph is amazing!!! He responded to my message right away. It was pouring rain with thunder and lightning. He did not let that interfere. . Only to protect the equipment and his tools. I had 4 service company's come out to my house for estimate on a new air conditioner joseph took the time to check my system and come to find out i had a leak in the tibing coming from the roof excellent technician

Was given a time frame between 11am and 1pm. Called at 2pm to see if someone was still coming, was told he was running late. No phone call back to keep me posted. So at 2:48 pm I called another company that was willing and able to send someone over to check the problem with my AC unit. Wasted my day calling this company.

I live on Capri St in Sebring and they will come to u as fast as they can or have opening. They are friendly. Nice to deal with.

I called Advanced Air Systems to check out air blowing warm. They told me I needed a brand new unit. For around $6300. I called Bentz recommended by my friend. They replaced the capacitor and cleaned out the entire A/C. Unit is working perfectly-$189. Joseph was the service tech and what a great and honest guy he is. Very professional and knowledgeable.From here on out I will only use Bentz!
