They're so welcoming, thus I didn't doubt to ask them for help. It was my very first time to call this company for assistance. My hired technician was too early and did a great job working on my home air conditioning service needs. He's too kind to me. I admired his thoroughness and efficiency to handle the repair. He represented his company well. The repair was perfect. Every time I have an hvac issue, I will call them again.

My number one company for HVAC repair! Last Thursday, The technician came to do the furnaces repair I requested for our furnace. He was prompt and professional. He efficiently fixed my furnace without any confusion and problems. I am very appreciative to have your HVAC repair service for the first time. For that reason, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their HVAC repair service to my friends and relatives. Thank you!

Customer Service was awful and overall not trustworthy. Was told I'd get 50% off for the visit after they quoted me as expensive as a my home insurance to come out. The manager called 3-4 days later saying that's a mistake and the discount was only if I was waiting for an appointment (I was already waiting several days with no heat). Manager Wasn't friendly, didn't seem to care about new business so I Suggested canceling the apt and go through my warranty if they wanted to charge me the original price again. He said no and agreed to the $35-40 that was originally quoted to me. First red flag - he was just trying to get more money. Tech came and was unaware of the agreed fee and asked we pay the full amount. Another red flag. The issue was an unplugged cord (in the attic - we couldn't see it). Tech came, plugged it in and turned it on, then unplugged it. Was here less than 30 mins and quoted us over 1,000-2000 dollars to fix it. Leaving us without heat again. My husband even asked what he did to get it working only a few minutes ago - he lied. Biggest red flag- I declined any further service. I Went with my home warranty who came within 24 hours and told us it was simply left unplugged. They Checked everything just to be sure there were no other safety concerns, plugged it back in and did not charge anything above the original call fee.
