  These guys did a fantastic job repairing our air conditioner. Friendly and thorough. I was referred to them and it was a pleasure. They were so fair with their prices and they got the work done so quickly. Our unit was back up and running before I could blink! Thanks again for all of your hard work! Definitely recommend!

  This place is a disaster. I called yesterday and spoke with Natalie, who was very helpful. I explained that our boiler wasn't working and it was an emergency. She scheduled a technician to show up at our restaurant, but no one ever came - even though I waited several hours. I called at least a dozen times - half of which were not even picked up. When I did get someone they said they were trying to get someone there and would let me know. No one ever showed up and no one ever called. I called again this morning and they said they were still trying to get someone, but employees didn't show up for work. I said I expected a call with an explanation, but no one ever called. I do NOT recommend this business. Very, very disappointed with their lousy customer service. I had to start my search for a provider all over again.

  The two techs from Raymond's Commercial HVAC, Inc. did an incredible job with our installation and setup. We needed to have an entire furnace and air conditioner installed and they were highly skilled and amazing. I highly recommend their services!
