  Met the man at an accident scene where an Amish carriage was overturned on N. College St. He was yelling and screaming at everyone who tried to assist. Six people who were there to help, including my brother and I, were forced to leave the scene because of his violent, meglomaniacal behavior. I wouldn't trust him with any property I own.
