  Efficient service in replacement of air conditioner that was not functioning well. Installation staff did a great job. They were very professional and courteous. They were on time and less expensive than the other companies we looked at. We got a great deal and their work was top of the line. We will definitely use Joe & Sam's Heating & Cooling company again and we recommended them to everyone!

  Representatives were very thorough with their explanation of my heating situation and explanation of my heating/air needs. I had major problems with a bad purchase and installation of the original furnace. Was exceptionally glad they explained all these problems and how they could fix them.
