  Don't use this service! They've left their truck sitting in our building's snow plow lane, during a snow storm. They claim the battery is dead, but it's pretty easy to change a battery. It's been 2 weeks..... Apparently there's equipment in the truck they need to fix the water boiler of the building, and one unit's heater (she's had no heat for 2 weeks, it's been 33° the whole time). They keep saying tomorrow. Where are they? They don't answer phones, or just lie if they do. Very unprofessional and unreliable.

  Shockingly incompetent and grossly unprofessional. In mid winter JKM came to fix radiators in my apartment. Joe, the technician, installed the wrong motor causing the fan spreading hot air not to work. Zero customer service! Their secretary Donna, steadily ignored all telephone calls. I wrote letters too, even resorted to a letter from lawyer and from Better Business Bureau. I lost 1,300 dollars AND had to hire another company to fix their mistake.

  Our relatively new (less than 6 years old) heating/cooling unit that was installed by JKM started to malfunction few month ago. JKM came out twice, attempted two different things to get it fixed. Both times we were charged and payed substantial fees, but the problem wasn't fixed. JKM stopped returning our calls (tried to reach them for more than a month). Last time the person on the phone promised that Service Manager (Joe) will get back to me, but DIDN'T EVEN TAKE MY PHONE NUMBER. When I asked what is Joe's last name, was told that this is not important. - we were charged for the work that didn't fix the problem; - JKM doesn't take responsibility fixing for the "their" heating unit; - person answering the phone lies and is being rude;
