  The entire installation crew (Jay, Matt, Felix, Shane) was professional, responsive, incredibly knowledgeable and didn’t mind me asking stupid questions. The installation was a difficult retrofit in an existing home, but the team installed to our requirements and handled challenges professionally as they were encountered. The installation was tight - really tight; neat and clean lines, straight ducts, rock solid… These guys had incredible pride in workmanship the whole way. The installation was completed on time, too. We couldn’t be happier. Beantown came highly recommended, and now we understand why! You absolutely cannot find a better contractor.

  We had a great experience with Beantown and Joe, the technician. When our oil-fueled boiler went down, Beantown was able to send someone immediately. Joe thoroughly reviewed his diagnosis and his plan to repair with me. We were thankful for the quick response, quick and thorough resolution, and for the return of heat and hot water.

  I am extremely with the service I received. James was very thorough and professional. He took the time to explain the procedure and also gave me some helpful hints. All of the units are sparkly clean! Would definitely recommend this company.
