  I was impressed with the customer service- from the initial phone call. I called several other companies regarding duct cleaning and they were scheduling months into the future. This company scheduled a visit for an estimate within a couple days and booked the job less than a week later. Kevin D came out and gave me the estimate. He was patient and kind. He took time to answer all my questions. I appreciate his attentiveness and they way he explained my options. Tyler B came out and did the service. He has great leadership skills. I appreciate that he kept me updated on the progress of the job so I knew what was going on. Tyler's assistant that day was rude and made me uncomfortable. I let Tyler know that and he addressed it in a professional way. Tyler finished the job by himself. He works well under pressure. I will be a Jerry Brittingham AC & Heat customer well into the future because of the way Kevin and Tyler treated me.

  Amazing job installing my new AC unit! the guys were knowledgeable and friendly. They explained everything, installed it in a timely manner and cleaned up nicely when they were done. Highly recommend Jerry Brittingham AC!

  I received a text an hour prior to technician arrival. Patrick was very professional, knowledgeable and explained everything to me in a way that I easily understood, even changing out my filter since I had a new one handy. I’ve only used Brittingham for my HVAC needs since moving to Florida and I have never been disappointed!!
