  Having purchased a used home, and unsure how the a/c was maintained by the previous owners, I scheduled a service in preparation for the coming summer heat. The April 3 appointment was right on time. Bret was excellent in giving me the lowdown on this particular unit an personal maintenance responsibilities. All checked out perfect. Three weeks later, the unit wasn't cooling at all. Behrens came out the same day, identified the problem (it was a one-in-a-thousand defective part) without incurring any additional charges. I wasn't at all surprised on Behren's professionalism.... I had chosen them because they are a member of the Better Business Bureau.

  Could not overstate how outstanding their contractor Brian was. This is what you would hope from any business. Competent diagnosis and completely fair price. Feel lucky to have called the right place. Remember when pride in your work mattered. 5 stars all day!

  I purchased an AC unit over 10 years ago from Behrens. They are quick to respond, friendly, COVID safe. I can't say enough about their service level. Christine on the phone is amazing. They have responded to a call I made to help my single parent friend. Wonderful to find a company and people you can depend on.
