  We had our furnace installed by them and that experience was fantastic! However, this year our furnace was leaking and we called them due to the warranty we purchased on the unit and we were told that “leaking isn’t covered under the lifetime warranty”. Fine, whatever, still had them come out cause we obviously can’t have the furnace just leak. Took a week for them to come out the first time, they spent 10 minutes here and left. Wasn’t fixed. Called again, no one ever came from that call. Called a third time, couple days later someone showed up blew some air through a hose and said that was the problem. The hose they installed 4 years before was too small and that was making it leak. They were here 5 minutes. Guess what?! Still leaking, I called a fourth time and explained I was very unhappy with the service I have gotten from them and I was basically blown off and told they will get to me when they can. I would not recommend them to anyone. The office lady was rude every time we called and we were made to feel like an inconvenience.

  Our furnace quit working sometime yesterday and we didn't know it until late in the evening. I called the Jerns office this morning about 8:36. The lady was very nice and told me someone should be able to get to my house this morning. At 8:43 a technician called and said he could head to my house right then. By 9:14 the repair was complete and the price was very reasonable. I'm very pleased with my experience.

  The Air conditioner was incorrectly installed. The used PVC tubing instead of pvc pipe for the drain line coming from my furnace that is up stairs. The tubing dropped between the supports and held the water from the condensation for who knows how long until it finally let loose. Soaking my sub floor and insulation in the basement. The owner refused to own up to his sons mistake. It was like pulling teeth to get them to come fix the issue.Refused to return phone calls. Only returned phone calls after the 1 star review was left. When the issue was finally fixed they only fixed the drain line. They didn't fix the sub floor, they didn't replace the insulation, they didn't reimburse us for the damage. 0/10 stars. Do not recommend.
