  I called to have the furnace looked at in the home of my parents who have both passed and I’m in the process of selling. I do not live in Iowa and it’s hard managing a home far away. Because my father had an unpaid bill I received a call back from a woman who was extremely rude and the first thing she says is your parents don’t pay their bills we can not service you. I don’t know what my parents were doing or what bills they were behind on. I then stopped her to tell her that they had both passed and I’m in charge now she still refused no empathy at all. Very rude!

  70 seconds! That's how long it took Chad to troubleshoot and diagnose the problem. Five minutes later the furnace was fixed and with the right part the FIRST time. No slapping on parts to see what fixes the problem. Highly recommend
