  We called at 8:30 am with no cold air temp hot hot today Aug 19 2019 it is now 8:35 pm an we have never had a reply back

  I am sorry we did not get back in touch with you when you needed us, at that time we where experiencing issues with our phone systems, we could not receive calls or make calls, or retrieve any voice mails, every time we tried to get the voicemails they were nothing but static, since than we have a new service that is much better than the last. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Again our deepest apologizes.
