  From the start Jon in sales was very informative, took his advice on which unit would meet my needs. Installers finished the job in one day, very professional and clean. Jon stopped by making sure everything was going smooth and followed up with a phone call at the end of the day, he definitely went above and beyond, I will continue to use Jen air for all my maintenance needs. Highly recommended

  Very satisfied with the whole process. From quoting, i requested they came multiple times because we were having a lot of work done on the house. Jonathan thoroughly explained and walked me through all the requirements and steps, to get what i wanted. Even went as far to hold quote prices for us while we upgraded our electric box! Today was install day and each person that worked on our house was respectful and very clean. Using their financing plan as well and they couldn't be more helpful. I would recommend to all.

  From start to finish, Jen Air was excellent!! Jon, thank you for quoting me the AC/Heat pump, it was a great decision. Lynn and Ann Marie in the office thank you for all your help and taking all my calls ;-). Now to the crew that came to my house. What a team. Everyone new their part and made the installation seamless. On time, professional, friendly and NEAT! Treated my house like their own. Joe, Will, Milton, Kevin and Ryan. A++ guys. The inside of my house stayed clean an the outside too. Not only did they install my new unit, but the old one was removed and there wasn't any garbage left in or out. Can't thank you all enough. To the owner: Please print this and make it available for the entire staff to read, especially everyone mentioned in it. Take care of this crew, they were great!!. and finally: Kevin and Ryan, Let's go Isles
