We had a GREAT experience with Airmax when they recently installed our new Lennox XC20 Air conditioner, air handler and smart thermostat. From Ron at the initial appointment, to working with Kathy to schedule, to Patrick and his crew for the install, the entire process was smooth and seamless. Ron visited and learned what we were looking for, and delivered an estimate the same day. We had a few questions, which were answered accurately and promptly. Once we agreed to move forward, Kathy contacted us to schedule the install, which occured two weeks later. Another member of the team, Mike, came and did a waklthrough to scope out what materials would be needed and any other info for the installers. On installation day, the crew was supposed to begin work at 8. They showed up at 7:30, and were working at 8. The install was done professionally and they were very neat, covering all floor surfaces and cleaning up after the work was complete. After teaching us how to use the new system and online thermostat, we were good to go! We've been in our home for 20+ years, and I must say that Airmax was one of the most pleasant and professional companies we've worked with. For us, they did what they said they would do, when they were said they would. Promises made, promises kept. Our experience with Airmax was hassle-free, and we will recommend them to family and friends.

Dishonest, unprofessional, unreliable. We used AirMax for both installation and follow up maintenance. Both experiences were disappointing and the company was dishonest on several occasions. For installation, we waited several weeks and were pushed out a few times. They removed our old system on a Friday during one of the hottest summer days. We specifically asked them if the job would be complete that day because we had young children and didn’t want to be without AC over the weekend. They were dishonest and didn’t finish. The workers were unprofessional and our concerns were not taken serious. Fast forward a year, I mail back the service contact with a check. I needed a service call about a month after I sent it and they claimed they never received it. The person I spoke with on the phone told me to pay for the service call and they would deduct it from the contact and backdate it once they received it. I did as asked. They claimed they never got it and that the person I spoke with never said that. They expected me to pay for both the service call and the yearly contract. We won’t be using them again and are sorry we did. Save yourself the headache and use a company that is reliable and sticks to their word.

I've been a customer for close to ten years. This company is without a doubt the best in the business. Mike B has provided a level of professionalism and service over the years that you don't see today. Keep up the good work!
