  Wish I could do ZERO stars... He came out to put in a new system when ours died after 15 years of running perfectly... since then, this one has leaked through our ceiling because the drain pan wasn't put in correctly and doesn't keep up. We've had nothing but problems. We have called Brandon to come work it out and he dodges phone calls or even better has said he would come but never shows... so much for that extra service plan we paid for that we aren't able to use! Nice scam!! I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy!!

  I wish I could rate him a zero. Tried to sell me a service agreement and I reminded him he hasn’t even come to perform my “free” service. Been calling since April, yes April, dodges my calls and texts. Worse company ever.
