  I'm at my mother's home in Bamberg, were a Tempstar unit was installed in June of 2015. She was excited to receive the new unit in her home and hoped that it would both cool her home and lower her bill. This unit has not worked properly in months. She had someone come out for maintenance but it still dies not work. It's only two years old. My mother in in her 70s and has a chronic illness. I am not happy that this air conditioning unit is faulty and has not been repaired properly, especially since she paid for everything the day it was installed.
