  I used this company to install new unit about 2 years ago. I started calling about two weeks ago to set a maintenance appointment for the summer. 4 messages and no one ever called back to set appointment. My partner called a couple of days ago and they came out yesterday morning. It was strange they called him back and came same day but I never got a response. Not sure about their answering service. The work yesterday was cordial and satisfactory.

  They installed a unit for us 3 years ago. We started having problems with the compressor recently. We called at least 3 times and were told each time, we would get a call back. That was 12 days ago, and ended up having to call someone else to come out. Disappointed that they were more than eager to take our money for an install but now we can't get service.
