  I had a really great experience with JD Indoor Comfort. My AC went out in mid-June and Brian came out the next day to give me a quote. Brian is super knowledgeable about the brands and the process, but what really sold me was the transparency. It never felt like he was trying to sell me anything, we had very honest conversations about what made sense for my house and my situation. I did decide to replace both the AC and the furnace – an important note that this was not a surprise to me, they were both in rough condition when I bought my house. I felt like the price was very reasonable, and Brian helped navigate me through the home warranty process as well. The technicians that put in my units were great and walked me through the work they did. I would absolutely recommend this company for your HVAC needs.

  Late last summer it happened. I was sitting in my favorite spot on the sofa, minding my own business watching $200/mo cable when BOOM! Absolutely nothing responded when the thermostat called for air conditioning. As a big guy, I had two options. A: I could curl up into a half fetal position on the cushion of the couch and use the first beads of sweat forming on my wrinkled brow to hide the tears welling inside of my worried eyes. OR B: I could stand tall, pick up the phone and take immediate action to correct the problem, thus ensuring many years of total comfort to come! I had just been laid off, so I chose option A. But come April of 2018, I took life by the horns and made that call! I did some investigative work and quickly discovered that JD Indoor was THE company to call. I ended up with a total of 7 quotes and JD offered, by FAR, the best VALUE for our money. For a very fair price, we got a great unit, a whole-house humidifier (Cannot be beat) and the install team was really amazing. While it's true that I WOULD take money to write a review for somebody, I am writing THIS review because it is my HONEST opinion that you cannot go wrong with JD Indoor & Comfort. I am not related to anyone in the company, I am just thoroughly impressed with the level of professionalism I experienced working with JD. I have already recommended them several times, as I will continue to do in the future. As of late, I have just signed up for their ongoing maintenance program to help protect not only my new unit, but also my existing furnace and hot water tank as well. Give them a shout folks! Trust me, the alternative is frightening! Cheers!

  My AC went out at the beginning of summer and I struggled to find anyone who could come out on short notice. I was eventually able to get 3 contractors to come out and Brian from JD Indoor Comfort was the best. He was helpful and knowledgable. I especially liked that he didn't try to "upsell" me. There were items I asked about that he said I didn't need. I appreciate that his focus was on finding the right unit for my needs rather than making the biggest sale possible. The install is scheduled next week and this will be updated accordingly, but if Brian is any indication of the JD Indoor Comfort team, I'm sure it will go really well.
