Long story short. Spire shut down my furnace on a Friday evening because it was emitting high levels of Carbon Monoxide. I texted JC's Heating and Cooling, expecting I would hear back from them on Monday, but Chad responded almost immediately and come over Saturday morning. He took the time to explain what was happening and walked me through the process of getting a new furnace installed. I can not imagine what I would have done if I had not been a client of JC's for the past 7 years. They have serviced my HVAC system since we moved here, so they know the condition of the unit. They had a new unit installed by Wednesday. They showed up on time and were done by noon. I'm so grateful to have such a fine group of gentlemen to rely on, when I needed help, quick. I trust them, and know they would not sell me something I don't need. Thank you guys so much!

I called this company to come out behind another installer and look at my system because it was only in for 3 weeks and started messing up. System was installed by someone I know from out of town and didn’t have time to get back to look at it. They came and looked at it, spent all of 5-10 minutes, charged me $149 and then it felt like I was being ghosted. Couldn’t get a response until a had called about 10 times in one day and even then they had no resolution to the problem. I got my friend to get the replacement part but I still needed someone to put it on and JC’s told me I needed to find someone else. So basically they knew the situation before they ever came out and came out just to take my money and dip. They said that fixing the problem behind someone else was a liability, but if that was the case, they would only be able to fix units that they install and that’s something that they knew up front which only reinforces the fact that they only came out to take my money in the first place.
