  J C Hamm & Sons just came to our rescue! I live in the Forest Hills area in Florence with my sister, and our 16-year old Gibson HVAC was on its last legs. Well this year it finally gave up the ghost, this summer, so we shopped around for a new unit. One contractor said they were even surprised ours had lasted as long as it did. We got a few quotes, and everyone talked a good game, but when it came down to deciding, J C Hamm & Sons gave us the best price on a Trane 3-ton 14 seer system HVAC. And they gave us a two-year warranty on their labor, which is twice as long as what anyone else offered. It was a no-brainer! We called and ordered the new Trane on Wednesday afternoon. By Friday, they got it in stock. By Monday morning they were out at our house installing it. They arrived shortly after 8:00 am. Just after 11:00, it was pushing cold air into our house! How expedient is that?! Quick response and service! We couldn’t be happier. What’s more is J C Hamm & Sons entire staff was helpful, polite, and friendly! They took the time to explain exactly how they were going to help us, what they intended to fix, and gave it to us in writing. They didn’t ask for any payment until after the work was done, and even when I had issues with my debit card, their phone representative worked with me and agreed to accept split payments (my debit card has a daily spending limit, and she said they run into that a lot). We are really thankful to have our new HVAC so quickly, before we really begin to see some hot days. If you need this type of work done, I highly recommend J C Hamm & Sons. They are professional, courteous, and efficient!

  Wyman provided exceptional service. He was meticulous and very thorough.My husband was with him the whole visit watching as he checked and tested every aspect of our unit. He was very competent and knowledgeable, plus he was very personable and professional! We have used JC Hamm & Sons for 30 years or more and are very pleased with the quality of equipment and service we have received.
