  I had a recall on my furnace, and this was the company assigned to do the work. The technician..I believe his name was Michael..called when he was on the way, and arrived within the timeframe I was given. He fixed the problem quickly, and even walked me through how to change the filter on my humidifier. Very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this company.

  Agreed to do. A recall repair on my Goodman furnace. Tech never showed up. Called many times left message no answer no return call. Although the company is a 2 hour drive frome me a professional call of we can't make it would have been nice. I lose a days pay waiting for them to show up.
