  Great company!!! I’m in Durham but did a quick search for heat pump replacement in Mebane. They have great reviews. Called and asked and yes they service Durham. The price for the two units installed and basically for exactly what the last company quoted ….. $4500 less. For the exact same units and all the labor …etc. And they are super nice!!! It’s always a pain for people when they come to my house with dogs everywhere barking and just always a mess 😂 but they are very nice about it all. Save thousands and call this company because we can all find something to spend $4500 on …. right???

  Very happy about the service James’ Heating & Air provided! William, the technician, was very attentive and figured out the issue with our system quickly. He did a thorough check, fixed the problem, and answered all my questions. We are good to go!

  I had a fan motor go out on my heat pump. i called the office and they were very responsive to get a service tech out the following day. William came out, diagnosed the problem and fixed it that same day. Very reasonable rates and the workmanship was very good. i would recommend and use them again
