I am so pleased with the work Mike and his crew did for me. I was informed of any delay or change in the planned work schedule, the quote did not change even though the job became more of a challenge, and I didn't have to worry about cleaning up after them. If a crawlspace could be defined as beautiful, I now have a beautiful one! Once again Flynn & Son has come to my rescue. And once again, I am extremely pleased. The response to my call was quick and my AC unit was running within an hour.

I have been a customer of Flynn & Son Heating and Cooling for almost two years now, and will continue to be a customer for years to come! Not only are they super friendly, but they also know exactly what to do. They were given an extremely stressful and labor intensive job and tackled it within four days. These guys are very talented and have beat the price of any of their competetors. I highly recommend Mike and his crew. I promise you will not be disappointed! Last month, we had a tree fall on our other unit at the other end of our house.They were here the next day, ordered everything immediately and had it installed in a matter of hours!

2015 update: Apparently this wonderful company is under new management. Mis-management, I should say. After unhappy contact with them, I'm taking my business elsewhere. Wish I could find the name of the guy who came out to handle all their calls. He was great! I don't think he works there any more. (from a couple years before) These guys are my regular HVAC guys. When my house filled with the smell of propane just before one of those polar vortexes was about to hit, they came out within minutes to check what was going on. They ordered the part, kept me apprised of when it would arrive, and installed and double-checked the system the moment the part came in. They determined the entire problem was the propane company's fault, and have supplied me with copies of their bill as well as the last maintenance check, which showed the system was in fine condition. They also wrote a letter under their letterhead explaining exactly why the propane company should be held responsible (and reimburse me for the repairs as well as a hotel stay). Friendly people to work with. My only suggestion would be that they go ahead and schedule regular customers for maintenance checks before the various "high seasons" of their trade. Thanks, Flynn & Son! I'm warm again!
