  Had to have a leaky pipe replaced and called James E Knox and Son for service. Spoke to a man 3 weeks ago and was told he will get back to me to let me know when he can send someone. I still have not received that call!!! Thanks to Irvin Hayes who did an excellent job expeditiously and at a very reasonable rate.

  All I can say is that KNOX ROCKS!...James E. Knox heating and plumbing (particularly Chad and his men) fixed our MAJOR problem in no time. When I left for work we had a serious leak in our water line in our front yard. By the time I got home Chad and his boys knocked it out of the park. Fixed, neat and clean! I can't say enough good things...thanks guys.
