Gary and his crew did a great job installing a new Lennox furnace. Arrived on time and had my new furnace warming the condo in less than three hours. I am a very satisfied customer and would highly recommend them.

Gary was quick to call back. Came the same day on a non-emergency call. Handled his business. Bill was more than fair. Finished with a detailed description of what was done to fix and maintain my furnace for the entire winter season. With little ones, gave us a humidifier101 class to prevent white dust. I will share his info with neighbors and friends. Really impressed.

THANKS ANDREW, THAT WHITE DUST IS A REAL PROBLEM. IT COMES FROM USING TAP WATER IN THE HUMIDIFIER, INSTEAD OF DISTILLED WATER. YOU ARE ALSO BREATHING THAT WHITE DUST, SO IT PAYS TO HAVE A GOOD APRILAIRE HUMIDIFIER ON THE JOB ! HAVE A WARM WINTER, AND THANKS FOR TELLING YOUR NEIGHBORS ABOUT US. GARY

I HIGHLY recommend this company! My furnace quit at 10:00pm last night and I found Jackson Heating on the internet shortly after that. I called them this morning, Gary (the owner) called me back within 45 minutes and said he could be out in an hour to get started on installing a new furnace (as an aside, my furnace was 30 years old and he had a replacement in stock), roughly an hour later, he and a crew of two were here! They got right to work, did a quality job and didn't try and "up-sell" me on anything. I called two other HVAC companies as well and the first one I called, I never made it past the secretary before getting frustrated and feeling "small". I called the third company and left a message. Gary called me back and explained things on the phone, told me a price and I "pulled the trigger" not even knowing the price from the third company. I then got a call back from the third company and they were $2.00 apart! I told the third company that Gary was already on his way and that's when the third company started trying to fill me with guilt for going with an opposing company who may be using an inferior product - pretty much berating me! And after hanging up with me, the third company had the audacity to call me back to have ME question why he (Gary) just happen to be available with a one hour notice on a winter day! I understand that rule of thumb but sometimes instincts just take over. I have owned and operated my own small remodeling business in the Grafton area for over 25 years and I have a pretty good "gut instinct" with people and I do not regret my choice. I apologize that this is so lengthy but finding a company/person that is responsive, polite, and a pleasure to work with is rare in this day & age. Ron Dowty Dowty's Home Improvements, Inc.

WOW RON, WHAT A HEART WARMING REVIEW TO READ ON A 0 DEGREE MORNING. AS A BUSINESS OWNER YOURSELF, IM SURE YOU HAVE SEEN AND HEARD ALMOST EVERYTHING. SO ITS EASY TO SPOT SOMEONE TRYING TO FEED YOU A LINE. WE TRY AND GIVE SIMPLE SOLUTIONS WITHOUT THE HYPE.( NO ONE NEEDS ANY MORE HYPE) AND WE ALWAYS PUT THE BROKEN EQUIPMENT 1ST , AND THATS WITHOUT A CLUB OR SPECIAL FEE GIMMICK. MOST CUSTOMERS UNDERSTAND THAT BROKEN EQUIPMENT HAS TO COME 1ST, THATS HOW THEY WOULD WANT TO BE TREATED ,IF THIER FURNACE BROKE DOWN ON A COLD WINTERS DAY. OUR CUSTOMERS ARE GOOD THAT WAY !
