  This company will apparently do every in their power not to come out and fix our issue. I called the first time, told them that our heat was not working in our office and the receptionist dismissively told me to check the batteries in the thermostat and the filter and that even though the thermostat display was on and working, that was probably the issue. She then just stopped the conversation and I said "should I check that and call you back?" and she hesitantly said "yeah.... you could call us back". I then called back and said it was still not working. She then started with a barrage of accusatory questions, demanding to know if they had ever been out to our location before. I said yes, that they usually work for the landlord, who had asked me to call. She then asked for the landlord's name and stated that there was nobody by that name and that she couldn't help us because he would have to call, even though she had no idea who he was. I then asked if she could look up by address, she found us in their database by the name of the old tenant who was in our suite. I said yes, that's the right one. She said they still cannot come out without the landlord calling. I told her I had plumbers out last week and this wasn't a problem and that the landlord had asked us to call because he was busy. I also told her I would provide payment up front if needed and that I wasn't asking for anything besides maintenance on an existing system. She refused to help me because "I wasn't the owner". This is amazing to me since she has no idea what we are responsible for in our lease and many many commercial tenants are responsible for a share of their own maintenance, which we are. I called Albiero plumbing and HVAC and within 5 minutes, they had collected all the necessary info and had someone dispatched and on the way. I have never seen a company try so hard to avoid getting paid. Would not recommend at all.

  Great experience. Came out right away to provide a quote, answered all my questions and concerns. Was able to install my new furnace a week later ( old one was 27 years old!). Professional, friendly employees. Very happy with the experience.

  Our furnace went out in sub zero temps; Schneiss were fast to commit to making a service call. It turned out our furnace was shot and needed replacement. The owner and his staff bent over backward to get install a new unit for us by the end of the next day, at a fair price and without pressure. They were professional and fair every step of the way.
