Highly recommend! We started using them because they did the install of the unit on our home prior to our purchasing of it and we’ve been super happy with them. The techs are professional and not too pushy with trying to sell additional products. They call to remind and schedule services that I don’t remember when they’re supposed to be done. Very happy!

I called Jack’s Refrigeration this afternoon when I discovered that our heater was not working. Dave came out in a short time and found the problem . It is all fixed and our house is warm again! We really appreciate the professional service provided today especially considering the below freezing weather we are having for the next few nights!

Very Polite and professional. Arrived on time. Friendly. Explained what they did and explained the status of our unit. Changed the air filter for me. I signed up for another year on their maintenance program. I would absolutely recommend them.
