  They helped get my heater running like was supposed to be. Called them and were quick to respond and come every time. My heater would turn on when it wanted to. Albert fixed what another guy from another company couldn't. He made my family and I feel like we were not going to be let down and taken care of until the job was done. They kept on having to come to find the right time to catch the problem, coming multiple times.

  I called to set up an appointment and was told they would be here the following day between noon and 3:00 p.m. I waited until 3:45 and called the office and was informed that she would find out why they hadn't come yet. 5 minutes later I got a call back, the crew was still at another job and would not be coming. So if I hadn't called, would they have called me? Better communication and customer service would of been appreciated. I would of understood if I would have been informed. I was offered another appointment but refused, who knows if they would show up or even call me again. Tonight it is expected to get into the thirties and I have no heat.

  The owner, Albert Rodriguez, personally installed a Daikin mini-split system. He was quite knowledgeable and amiable and did an excellent job and the system performs perfectly! I am highly satisfied with the professional service. Wayne Ritchey
