  We are very happy to have recently had a new Lennox furnace and a/c installed by Jacks Heating and Cooling. Caleb came to our home, looked over the project of replacing our old furnace and a/c. He assessed the project, explained our options, answered all of our questions and provided us with a detailed quote. Equipment was ordered and they were able to work us into their schedule over a week ahead of the initial date (which was 3 weeks out)! This was wonderful as the weather had turned cold and our old furnace was barely working. Two guys showed up at 8:30 am and got right to work and a little later 3 others came to work also! By 4:30 they had removed the old furnace and a/c and completely installed the new furnace and a/c and had it all up and running! They were very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and thoughtful, going above and beyond the required amount of work necessary. Also, they picked up as they worked and completely cleaned the worksite both indoors and outside afterwards. I highly recommend Jack’s Heating and Cooling as they are great to work with and provide excellent service!!

  No idea what they charge, insurance covered it, so can't comment on that... But for service they got it fixed fast and did a great job!!!
