  I woke up to no heat in my house, i called jack o'connor and left a message asking for a call back asap since i was without heat n have animals that depend on heat to live so by the second day with no heat or a call back from o' connors i started calling other companies in the area and all were booked for at least a week so i continued calling oconnors till the 5th day they sent a tech.this man was either very skilled at turning 30 min. Jobs into 2hr. Jobs or just wasnt very good at his job. It was a very simple part that needed replacing and were charged almost $800 for this .Worse is that im dealing with the same problem just 2 months after they ??"fixed" it.ovcourse i haven't received a call back yet and im afraid i just don't feel that i will get a call back either

  Jack sent a repair person, but the problem wasn’t fixed. He came back, refused to listen, stood with a smirk as I tried to explain and left in a huff. We called Master Tech and we’re pleased with the service.

  DO NOT USE. He takes no pride in his work and is a hack. He won’t ever call anyone back. He will just keep telling you “ how busy he is”. You are better off finding anyone else to do your work.
