  Everyone at Balanced HVAC are incredibly professional and very nice! They did an awesome job installing our new furnace and AC. They were on time and answered all my questions. I recommend them highly!!

  I used Balanced HVAC 4 years ago to put in a high velocity system. II see them annually to service my units. While doing a major construction project, I learned I had to have my system moved. Matt from Balanced was there the next day for us, walked me though the process and reassured me my units would be protected. Balanced is FANTASTIC!

  I was stressed out about not having heat again. It was a simple adjustment to the thermostat and Matt was kind and a good listener and checked everything out to make sure that everything was working properly in the heating system. I have been upset about your emergency fees to come out on the weekend. Last service I needed, it was $200 for emergency service and $225 for diagnosing the problem. Then it took 4 days to receive the power switch needed and another fee for part and service. I am a Senior living alone and these fees are a hardship for me. I wish you had Senior rates to help those in needed. Overall, the technicians were respectful and reassuring that they would fix the problem. I would give the three technicians that came out an A rating. Your call system needs improvement. The number given to me the first time wouldn’t go through. When I finally got through to an answering service, the woman on the line was polite, a good listener and reassured me that she would have a technician call me soon. Matt responded in 15 minutes and was outstanding in his communication skills.
