Our Air Conditioning stopped working during one of the hotter days of the summer. We called J&S since they had worked on it before. The guy came out the next business day like he said he would on the phone. Figured out the problem and had it fixed fairly quickly. Communication was good and AC is working great now.

Our heater has been broken for 3 weeks. Someone from J & S came 2 weeks ago, took a cover panel off our boiler to order a part, hasn't contacted us and won't return our calls. Very bad service.
