  Our furnace had been on its last legs for a while and went out on a particularly cold Easter weekend. I was able to reach a Custom Air tech who went above and beyond to install a new furnace in just a couple of hours on a Saturday morning so we wouldn’t be without heat. Very happy customer!

  They replaced our furnace and I think they did a great job and super nice people.i was expecting a hefty bill but I thought it was pretty reasonable. They also checked out my a/C unit with no extra charge.

  Troy was punctual and did great work. He repaired our furnace quickly and also performed general maintenance work while he was down there. I would strongly recommend this business for jobs large or small. Amanda made scheduling and billing quick and painless.
