  Called JR's after a terrible experience with Powell's. We had major issues with leaking pipes in our basement and couldn't get anyone out to help us. Called JR's and not only did they answer the phone, they showed up and fixed our pipes! For an absolutely terrific price. Nice, professional people, both the plumbers and the lady who answers the phone. They do the work and follow up. Can't recommend them enough.

  I will definitely use JR's Plumbing of Charlestown, West Virginia, USA again. Reasonable prices, reliable workers, very professional and very honest. I simply could not ask for better service. 10/10.
