Terrible service. No phone calls returned from William. They had a part to our unit from July until September with no communication as to what was going on or when they would be back to fix our unit. They didn't even fix the unit, we are now going to fix it ourselves, which we could've had done much sooner had they returned calls or kept in any kind of contact with us. Contemplated getting an attorney due to the lack of communication because we assumed they were stealing the part from us. We finally got ahold of William through e-mail and there was no explanation or apology when part was returned over 2 months later. Absolute worst company we have worked with related to HVAC. Would not recommend at all due to lack of professionalism.
