  I just had a washer, dryer and dishwasher ordered and delivered via JR Refrigeration and I cannot tell you how much I want to rave about this company. If you want to know more about their great service, read on! Jorge was my main point of contact. He is phenomenal. He found me terrific replacements for my broken/run down units. He gave me good prices and he did it all in fraction of the time that I would have gotten all this done through Home Depot, Best Buy or any other similar vendor. They came to measure my hallways and confirm that everything would fit and promised they could get the job done (i'm in a 4th floor walkup in hoboken, famous for narrow hallways!). This morning the delivery service for the appliances (not JR Refrigeration but someone they must contract with) brought in and installed my dishwasher but would not move the Washer Dryer up the stairs or remove my old unit. I called George and as promised, he got it done. In 20 minutes his own JR Refrigeration techs - Frank and Rodrigo - were at my house. They saw me standing outside my building with two huge boxes of washers and dryers and just told me it would be ok and that they would handle it no problem. And they did. With smiles no less. I cannot tell you how reassuring and pleasant they were, all while carrying up hundreds of pounds of heavy equipment. They did a brilliant job and I really have to underscore that this company really went above and beyond today when the company that was actually supposed to deliver the items just gave up without trying. I will ONLY use Jorge and his JR Refrigeration team going forward for appliances. Highest praise to this team! You for sure want to use them.

  11/2021 This review is long overdue. I have been using the services of JR Refrigeration for at least five years. Typically, the contractor triangle is comprised of fast, good, and cheap. You can only get two of those qualities but you can never have all three. With JR Refrigeration, you get all three! Over the past five years, they have repaired my dryer, serviced my AC's, moved refrigeration lines and replaced two 43 year old AC units (which required quite a bit of customization as the former owner's contractor closed up one of the unit's intake during a bathroom renovation). One summer, one of my AC units blew a fuse and within an hour of calling Jorge (owner), the fuse was replaced. In my experience, they have gone above and beyond and have never let me down. With JR Refrigeration, you get HVAC experts that are fast and affordable!
