  Matt Smith of J and M Smith Heating and Air, Joplin, MO is amazing and very responsive! I highly recommend them for all your heat and air needs. Matt came to our business and had our air conditioning unit back up and running in less than 30 minutes! When the AC went down, we were all but out of business. Matt worked us into his schedule during the hottest time of the year when he was extremely busy. I was impressed with Matt's professionalism, courtesy and knowledge! I was also shocked at the reasonable price for this service! Thank you Matt and everyone at J & M Smith Heating and Air! J and M will always be my first call for heat and air issues!

  We’ve used J&M for the past six years at three different houses and we couldn’t be more pleased! Matt is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and prompt. Between our three houses, he has repaired our heating, repaired our AC, installed a ductless unit, and performed routine maintenance. We refer all of our friends to him and are grateful to have found him!
