  Very bad business!!!!!! Have a unit under warranty 10 year parts and labor. Asked the guy about it and he told me only 1 year labor. So I questioned him about it. He got irrate and hung up on me. Called him back asked how much labor would cost. He told me then said I'm not going to service your unit and hung up on me again. Very bad business!!!!! The Climate Tech guy apologized to me the next day. Just went there today with the bad part and got reimbursed the money I was out. Big thank you to him for that.

  Great place to call to have your heating and air conditioning system worked on. If you are looking to have a system installed. Donnie , Brett , Travis would be the guys to talk to. They are truly professionals and can get it right the first time.
