  Contacted J&M to have a gas line ran for a natural gas range. They were very polite on the phone and were able to talk me through an installation estimate. The two man crew called before coming out and showed up on time. They reviewed the installation, provided me with an explanation on a couple of changes they recommended and what I had added on. They were very polite, knowledgeable, and went right to work. They appeared to enjoy working together and made a good team. Glad I decided to go with J&M for the running of pipe rather than calling a full heating and air conditioning sales/service company.

  J&M was fantastic. We did a major home renovation in Portland. They lined the house with natural gas. We then had them come back to add gas lines for our backyard for a fire pit and a future ADU. They are very responsive. The owners will call you directly to get things scheduled. Their installers were on time and knew exactly how to get the jobs done. The city inspectors were very happy with their work. We would definitely recommend for any natural gas issues in your home.

  J and M were great. I had a gas leak and they went out of their way fix my problem as soon as possible. Everyone from the phone receptionist to the maintenance workers were friendly and more than willing to help me. I would recommend J and M for any service or instillation. If in the future I have a problem they will be who I call. Hands down a great experience working with them.
