  I had a furnace installed by Iron City back in late 2018. They were excellent! Gave me a great price, hassle-free install, everything went smoothly. They've come back every year to do the yearly maintenance, and even installed a new thermostat for me. Over a week ago I called, left a vm that my furnace was making a loud squealing noise. I waited 3 days, called again, left another message. Waited 2 more days after that, so almost a whole week, left another vm. Now, I work in customer service, so please know my messages were very kind and patient. Still nothing. Messaged their business page on FB. The message was read, but no response. Again, my message was very kind. I'm so incredibly disappointed that a great company made me take my business elsewhere because they never got back to me. Incredibly unprofessional.

  Our ac that we had installed by a different company kept freezing up. After countless attempts at fixing the issue, we called Iron City and they found the issue immediately and had it fixed in an hour. These guys are the best.

  Mark sold me a new furnace system for way less than what the other companies were gonna charge me. He really helped me out. These are good people you can trust.
