Dealt with the owner directly. He was helpful and honest in assessing the size of unit I needed, unlike other place that just kept pusing bigger on me. I got the best price from these guys and they started the work quickly and finished ahead of schedule. They didn't clean up perfectly, but nothing major, just some extra pieces left in my furnace cellar. I have already recommeneded these guys and will continue to.
