Got the initial quote, then asked them to revise the parameters so as to be able to compare apples to apples, since they are the "official Direct Buy installers." After a week of trying to get the new quote, I said screw it and went with the next guy. I was supposed to save 10% from the next highest quote by going through them and direct buy, but it's not worth the hassle and headache they put you through.

Condenser would not fire up. Called for service, and they had a van in my area already. Was back up and running in about 30 minutes after calling. Just needed a new starting capacitor. Top notch service. Fast work and no BS. Highly recommended
