Typical fight over warranty issues that were paid for in our home purchase and constantly denied until the issue is forced by there own documentation!! Their home is a better idea. But the contractors they use and there smoke and mirrors tactics are border line theft by deception . Buyer beware here no doubt!!

Quality builder - good people to work with. House items are in short supply so choices were limited. When choosing items, it would have help immensely if pictures of items avaliable were given in advance.

We have been in our Insight Home for 3 years and are still amazed at how comfortable, quiet, and energy efficient it is.  Our home has more than 4500 s.f. of living space on 3 levels and our energy bills (electric and gas) average $150 per month.  It is just a better house!

We are so happy with our beautiful Insight Home!!!  Brian and Sue were amazing to work with. They were extremely helpful and all of our questions were answered immediately.  The house was built within the time expected. Everyone from beginning to end - Kelsey and Joanna in the Design Center, Ann who took care of the closing details, Andre and Nick the site supervisors, are amazing!  We couldn’t be happier that we chose an Insight Home!!

I saw them last year when I went to Delaware. They are beautiful and save energy.
They are quiet! I saw a landscaper cutting the grass and I thought to my self wow that mower is quiet what is the name of that. The lady who was explaining the house said go out open the window a little, I did then I heard the racket that mower was making. Standing in that house you can feel it's strength and its comforting.

We signed on with Insight Homes through Kyle Short in December 2015 and are so happy we did. Not only do we love our home and neighborhood but feel lucky to have connected with Kyle, Nick and Heather, who guided us through the process. We first met Kyle in June of 2015 and he has always been available to us as well as being both professional and friendly from start to finish. We still enjoy dropping into the model home in our neighborhood to say hello and chat with him. We are very happy in our retirement to have this home and our friendship with Kyle. As a matter of fact we have recommended Insight and Kyle to our goddaughter and her husband for their retirement home which will close in the next couple of months!

I had a wonderful experience building my home with Insight Homes. Brian Cummings and his partner were very informative about the models and options.  They were also very patient as I did my research and comparative shopping.  Once I finally decided,  they were in constant contact throughout the process, and were available for questions after I  owned the home.  They are a great team!

We love our home.  It is lovely and, more than that, it is well-built and very economical to live in.  We like that Insight has taken care to use 'green' materials; healthier for us and for the environment.

Everyone we have met at Insight has been very good to us.  They have always tried to work with us on any issue that may have come up (issues will always come up in a new build).  Some names that get honorable mention are Kyle, Heather and Nick.  Thanks to you and all the staff at Insight who have made our purchase a positive one.

I was introduced to an Insight home after a friend moved into one. I was so impressed that when I retired I decided this was the where I wanted to retire, with a home built by a company I respected. I've lived here for 2 1/2 years now. I am still very happy to be an Insight homeowner. Most people are happy when they first move in. What has me reviewing my decision now is that the honeymoon phase continues.  I still love my home. The energy efficiency makes this a very affordable investment. I have also had consistently positive interactions when I have needed assistance. The warranty department stands by their word.

Staff very professional and helpful . I love our home very energy efficient and it really is a better home. Thanks to the warranty staff for doing a great job .
