  They really take care of you and are so reasonable. I've never had to wait for an emergency fix and have only had excellent service. We have used them for both when our AC unit died and needed to be replaced as well as when our heating unit needed to be repaired. Ryan is a great guy and made sure we were well taken care of!

  Great response for an emergency call on A/C problem! Called after hours and reached Paula. She scheduled a service call for the next day and Ryan also called back that night to discuss the issue. Problem was easily fixed by Ryan and A/C is back on. Thanks L&L for the prompt response and service.

  Our air conditioner stopped working last night and I called L& L Geothermal first thing in the morning and they came out the same day to fix it.Later in the evening Ryan called and checked on us. We can’t say enough about the great customer service and Ryan was very thorough in answering our questions. Thanks again for all your help.
