They were completely available to assist me in all aspects I presented their office. I was made to feel welcome and comfortable in requesting information. They made me feel like their main objective is to use their office to better the appearance and living conditions in Ingham coubty. Indeed, 5 "Earned" stars!

They are suppose to help get homes in the hands of the people. A lot of people can't afford the homes already and the rehab homes are crazy expensive. Detroit suburbs is nice and that's they price they want for dinner city homes. I had an investor over bid 100k on a house I wanted. I went and met him at the property. Its all about money and not about my family needing a home that has room for us....
